Henry Lewis Jr.
Henry Jason Lewis Jr. has worked as an Educator for more than 22 years with his latest stint being Head of the Social Sciences Division in the Faculty of Education and Liberal Studies at the University of Technology, Jamaica. He holds a M.A in Counselling Psychology currently reading for his PhD in Organizational Behavior with a focus on well0being, happiness and engagement.
As an experienced practitioner in the field of Human Behaviour Science, he worked as a Therapist with the Family Life Ministries and The Counselling Centre. He is also a training consultant who was trained in Leadership Engagement and Development by the Haggai Institute in Singapore and Solution Focus Coaching at the Erickson Coaching College in Vancouver, Canada. He has worked as a Mentoring and Management, and Leadership Engagement Consultant in Barbados, Grenada, Guyana and Jamaica. He was responsible for developing the Corporate Mentorship and Engagement Programme at Grace Kennedy Foundation several years ago and has trained other corporate executives in high-performance Leadership, Coaching, Cognitive-Based Management, Engagement and mentorship.
