“Kindness is going out of your comfort zone to let people know that they are important and loves.” RAKtivist
Can you imagine a life outside of your comfort zone?
Are you making the people in your life or those that you encounter daily feel like they are important or loved?
This is a great place to start on your journey to becoming a kinder you, stepping out of your comfort zone to extend kindness to someone in need leaves a lasting impression on not only the receiver but also the giver. It’s time time to step outside of your comfort zone and spread kindness to those who need it. when you spend time stepping outside of your comfort zone amazing things can happen.
What do you need to do to ensure that your answer to this question is always yes?
Spend some time in meditation thinking to help you zone in on the things that are causing you to not be as kind as you can be. Think about the things that you can work on in an effort to become more mindful of how you interact with others on a daily basis.
Each day, as you step out to harness the power of kindness within you, remember that no act of kindness is too small to make a difference in someone’s life.
Help a coworker start their day off right by placing kind messages on their desk throughout the day. Randomly write encouraging notes and place notes on colleagues’ desks as one of your World Kindness Day activities. Don’t sign your name so it stays a mystery!

According to the CDC, the virus is thought to be spread mainly from person-to-person. This means it may spread between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet), or through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. COVID-19 may be spread by people who are not showing symptoms.
