Grateful people consistently acknowledge that there are good things and happenings within their life to be grateful for, no matter what the state of the situation they are in. They easily become aware and recognize the positives and goodness around and within them. You can strengthen and cultivate this character trait by deliberately stopping to see, feel, hear, touch or reflect on the good or positive happenings within at least three moments of your day regularly. Then, allow yourself to be immersed in and enjoy the feeling that comes to your consciousness by becoming filled with the deeper reasons ‘why’ these experiences are good for you. Subconsciously you will connect to related savoured memories from your past, bringing them into your present. As you mentally and physically relive the goodness or joy of past experiences they will amplify the pleasures of your current positives being experienced, increasing your sense of peace, joy, appreciation, gratitude and more.
As early as you can today, take a few moments to reflect n this:
What area of my life shall I explore today for at least three [3] happenings or things that I am thankful for?
Repeat daily for at least 5 days this week
